The Surpass card has a $150 annual fee and gives you Hilton Gold status that comes with 80% bonus on base points. You can earn a FNC with $15k spend in a calendar year.

The Aspire card has a hefty $550 annual fee and gives you Hilton Diamond status that comes with 100% bonus on base points. You get a FNC just for holding the card and can earn a second at $30k spend and another at $60k spend.
